Intertwining wave operators, Fourier restriction, and Wiener theorems

Abstract
We review some of the literature on intertwining wave operators, as far as it relates to Tosio Kato's stationary method based on the resolvent. Techniques from Fourier restriction and Wiener algebras are emphasized.
