A Torelli Theorem for Higher-Dimensional Function Fields

Abstract

We prove a Torelli-like theorem for higher-dimensional function fields, from the point of view of "almost-abelian" anabelian geometry.

Version 3: 28 pages. This is a significant revision, making the whole paper much more streamlined. The ell-adic case from the previous versions was removed from this version, and will be handled separately in future work
