On the Frobenius direct image of the structure sheaf of a homogeneous projective variety

Abstract

We present an example of a homogeneous projective variety the Frobenius direct image of the structure sheaf of which has nonvanishing self extension.

An error in (3.4) is corrected. An appendix is added to recall some previous work. An easier case of the parabolic subgroup associated to the long simple root is added, as well as some corrections of inaccuracies
