About small eigenvalues of Witten Laplacian

Abstract
We study the eigenvalues of the semiclassical Witten Laplacian associated to a potential . We consider the case where the sequence of Arrhenius numbers associated to is degenerated, that is the preceding inequality are not necessarily strict.
