Abstract
We study two-body and semileptonic decays with , where is regarded as the tetraquark state of . With the decay constant ~MeV determined from the data, we predict that , , and . With the form factors in QCD models, we calculate that and , and and , respectively, and extract the ratio of the fragmentation fractions to be .
