Abstract
We provide an alternative proof that Crosscaps are diffeomorphically stable.
We have split arXiv:1201.0415v1 into two papers. The first is arXiv:1201.0415v1 the second is the current submission. This article supersedes the portion of arXiv:1201.0415v1 with which it overlaps. It will appear in Advances in Geometry
