Short Kloosterman sums to powerful modulus

Abstract

We obtain the estimate of incomplete Kloosterman sum to powerful modulus $q$. The length $N$ of the sum lies in the interval $e^{c(\log q{)}^{2/3}}\le N\le \sqrt{q}$.
