Atomic oxygen emission at 8446 Angstroms traces the stable circumbinary disk undisturbed through an optical outburst and accompanying radio flare

The revised version of 2021 differs from the original in the addition of two figures and a section reporting that the source of 8446 Angstroms is NOT eclipsed
