Abstract
We consider Schrödinger operators with a strongly attractive singular interaction supported by a finite curve of lenghth in . We show that if is -smooth and has regular endpoints, the -th eigenvalue of such an operator has the asymptotic expansion as the coupling parameter , where and is the -th eigenvalue of the Schrödinger operator $S=-\frac{\D^2}{\D s^2 }- \frac14 γ^2(s)$ on with Dirichlet condition at the interval endpoints in which is the curvature of .
