Positivity properties of relative complete intersections

Abstract
We give conditions for -positivity of relative complete intersections in projective bundles. We also derive an instability result for the fibres.
This paper contains a mistake in main Theorem 2.1. The mistake has been mended, with a slight change of the statement, in arXiv:2207.11485v1 [math.AG], where also new results are obtained
