The first non-zero Neumann fractional eigenvalue

Abstract
In this work we study the asymptotic behavior of the first non-zero Neumann fractional eigenvalue as and as We show that there exists a constant such that goes to the first non-zero Neumann eigenvalue of the Laplacian. While in the limit case we prove that goes to an eigenvalue of the Hölder Laplacian.
