First Order Formalism for Thick Branes in Modified Teleparallel Gravity

Abstract
This work deal with braneworld scenarios with generalized teleparallel gravity. We extend a recent investigation, where the model studied was described by . In the current study, we introduce the first-order formalism to find analytical solutions for models that include scalar field with standard and generalized dynamics. In particular, we describe the interesting case in which the brane splits, due to the parameters that control deviation from the standard model.
