Chemical Trend of Superconducting Transition Temperature in Hole-doped CuBO, CuAlO, CuGaO and CuInO

Abstract
We calculated the superconducting transition temperature of hole-doped CuBO, CuAlO, CuGaO and CuInO using first-principles. The calculated are about 50 K for CuAlO, 10 K for CuBO and CuGaO and 1 K for CuInO at maximum in the optimum hole-doping concentration. The low of CuInO is attributed to the weak electron-phonon interaction caused by the low covalency and heavy atomic mass.
