Possible evidence for a cosmic ray enhancement

Abstract
A blind search has been made for cosmic ray sources of neutral hadrons yielding a peak just above the knee, which has resulted in possible evidence for a peak at This search was motivated by a 1999 claim by this author of such a peak at and also some recent results by at least three experiments showing a peak in the all-particle cosmic ray spectrum.
