On Semilinear Elliptic Equation with Measurable Nonlinearity

Abstract

We consider a semilinear elliptic equation in a bounded domain with zero boundary conditions. The nonlinearity is discontinuous and monotone, but it is not a Carathéodory's function. The existence theorem has been proved.
