Regular Circle Actions on 2-connected 7-manifolds

Abstract
We determine the homeomorphism (resp. diffeomorphism) types of those 2-connected 7-manifolds (resp. smooth 2-connected 7-manifolds) that admit regular circle actions (resp. smooth regular circle actions).
