Finite Groups with Hall Schmidt Subgroups

Abstract

A Schmidt group is a non-nilpotent group whose every proper subgroup is nilpotent. We study the properties of a non-nilpotent group G in which every Schmidt subgroup is a Hall subgroup of G.
