Abstract

The photon spectrum in B->X_{s,d} γdecay, where X_s(d) is any strange (non-strange) hadronic state, is studied using data samples of $e^{+} e^{-} \to Υ (4 S) \to B B - ba r d ec a y sco l l ec t e d b y t h e B aba r an d B e l l ee x p er im e n t s . H er e I p r ese n tt h e l a t es t m e a s u r e m e n t so f t h e b r an c hin g f r a c t i o nan d s p ec t r a l m o m e n t s f r o m B - > X_{s} g amma$ decays by Belle and the direct CP asymmetry of B->X_{s+d} gamma measured at Babar. The determination of |V_{td}/V_{ts}|^2$ i also presented.
