Abstract

We extend our studies of the TQ equation introduced by Baxter in his 1972 solution of the 8 vertex model with parameter $η$ given by $2 L η = 2 m_{1} K + i m_{2} K^{'}$ from $m_{2} = 0$ to the more general case of complex $η .$ We find that there are several different cases depending on the parity of $m_{1}$ and $m_{2}$ .
