Orbits of Four Very Massive Binaries in the R136 Cluster
Philip Massey, Laura R. Penny, Julia Vukovich
We present radial velocity and photometry for four early-type, massive double-lined spectroscopic binaries in the R136 cluster. Three of these systems are eclipsing, allowing orbit…

Kinematic and morphological modeling of the bipolar nebula Sa2-237
Hugo E. Schwarz, Romano L. M. Corradi, Rodolfo Montez
We present [OIII]500.7nm and Halpha+[NII] images and long-slit, high resolution echelle spectra in the same spectral regions of Sa2--237, a possible bipolar planetary nebula. The i…

Keck Adaptive Optics Observations of the Radio Galaxy 3C294: A Merging System at z = 1.786?
A. Quirrenbach, J. E. Roberts, K. Fidkowski +2
We present seeing-limited and adaptive optics (AO) images of the z = 1.786 radio galaxy 3C294 in the H and K' infrared bands obtained at Keck Observatory. The infrared emission of…
