Null-controllability for some linear parabolic systems with controls acting on different parts of the domain and its boundary
Guillaume Olive
In this work we study the null-controllability properties of linear parabolic systems with constant coefficients in the case where several controls are acting on different distribu…
Frequencies of Patterns in Smooth Sequences Over the Alphabet
Damien Jamet, Irène Marcovici, Léo Poirier +1
We provide an ergodic theory framework to study statistical properties of smooth sequences over the odd alphabet {1,3}. The arithmetic nature of this alphabet yields a partition of…
Game-Theoretic Analysis of Transaction Selection in DAG-Based Distributed Ledgers
Sebastian Müller, Alexandre Reiffers-Masson
Transaction selection in parallel or DAG-based distributed ledger technologies (DLTs) is a crucial challenge that directly impacts throughput, fairness, and validator incentives. I…
On the local anisotropy of quasi-two-dimensional forced shallow flow: An experimental study
Ghassan Antar, Jamal El Kuweiss, Kai Schneider +2
We experimentally investigate quasi-two-dimensional (Q2D) forced shallow flows in the presence of solid boundaries and analyze the deviation from the Kolmogorov-Kraichnan (KK) theo…
