Controlled oxygen vacancy induced p-type conductivity in HfO{2-x} thin films
Erwin Hildebrandt, Jose Kurian, Mathis M. Müller +3
We have synthesized highly oxygen deficient HfO thin films by controlled oxygen engineering using reactive molecular beam epitaxy. Above a threshold value of oxygen vacanci…
Berry-curvatures and anomalous Hall effect in Heusler compounds
Jurgen Kubler, Claudia Felser
Berry curvatures are computed for a set of Heusler compounds using density functional (DF) calculations and the wave functions that DF provide. The anomalous Hall conductivity is o…
Self-consistent model of unipolar transport in organic semiconductor diodes: accounting for a realistic density-of-states distribution
S. V. Yampolskii, Yu. A. Genenko, c. Melzer +1
A self-consistent, mean-field model of charge-carrier injection and unipolar transport in an organic semiconductor diode is developed utilizing the effective transport energy conce…
A screw dislocation in a functionally graded material using the translation gauge theory of dislocations
Markus Lazar
The aim of this paper is to provide new results and insights for a screw dislocation in functionally graded media within the gauge theory of dislocations. We present the equations…
