Entanglement branes and factorization in conformal field theory
Ling Yan Hung, Gabriel Wong
In this work, we consider the question of local Hilbert space factorization in 2D conformal field theory. Generalizing previous work on entanglement and open-closed TQFT, we interp…
Ishibashi States, Topological Orders with Boundaries and Topological Entanglement Entropy II -- Cutting through the boundary
Ce Shen, Jiaqi Lou, Ling-Yan Hung
We compute the entanglement entropy in a 2+1 dimensional topological order in the presence of gapped boundaries. Specifically, we consider entanglement cuts that cut through the bo…
p-adic CFT is a holographic tensor network
Ling-Yan Hung, Wei Li, Charles M. Melby-Thompson
The p-adic AdS/CFT correspondence relates a CFT living on the p-adic numbers to a system living on the Bruhat-Tits tree. Modifying our earlier proposal for a tensor network realiza…
A Defect Verlinde Formula
Ce Shen, Ling-Yan Hung
We revisit the problem of boundary excitations at a topological boundary or junction defects between topological boundaries in non-chiral bosonic topological orders in 2+1 dimensio…
