Bulk Superconductivity in FeTeSe Induced by Annealing in Se and S Vapor

arXiv:1310.1983 · doi:10.7566/JPSJ.82.115002

Abstract

We reported that bulk superconductivity in FeTeSe can be induced by annealing in Se and S vapor. The well-annealed samples show a large critical current density, emph{J} 2 - 4 10 A/cm. Combined with our previous reports about O and Te annealing effects, we proved that bulk superconductivity can be successfully induced in FeTeSe by annealing in atmosphere of all chalcogens, such as O, S, Se and Te.
